Add a Student

Use this tutorial to create a new student profile that can be scheduled for lessons.

Before you start

  • Confirm you have admin management access.
  • Prepare the student's contact details.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Students on the Admin screen.
  2. Select Add Student.
  3. Enter required profile details:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Address
  4. Select Add Student.
  5. Navigate to the Clients screen from the Admin page, and select the student's gaurdian.
  6. Navigate to Students.
  7. Select Link Student.
  8. Select the relevant student(s) and click Update Dependant Details.

Verify completion

  • The student appears in the Students list.
  • The student is available in lesson scheduling dropdowns.
